"Drop by drop of frankincense, thanks to nature"
The main body of DN Dairy is Australia Green Technology Investment Group Pty Ltd, a legally registered company in Australia. Our company has large dairy farms in Western Australia and has good cooperation experience with many dairy companies. Currently, our company has set up Shenzhen Dairy Daily Fresh Dairy Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. We had a long discussion about the possibility of processing and bottling our own milk. The founders researched different options and possibilities for the farm and our business online. In 2023, we had a conversation with Bannister Dairy Company, which was rated as the best quality milk source in Western Australia in 2023, and they were very helpful. Based on this discussion and our research, we reached a partnership that helps us to vertically integrate.Fundamentally, this helps us to control our own destiny and control the quality of our milk.
DN Farm is home to more than 3,000 Holstein and Jersey cows, bred and raised specifically to create the quality milk we all know and love. The cows in our herd are our family. We know each cow, her family history, her personality, her habits, and even her spots! We care about our cows, and this care defines who we are. Because we are passionate about dairy farming, we want to continue building on our legacy of ethical milking, sustainable agriculture and world-class animal welfare best practices. Our herds are reared artificially and our calves grow up happy and calm and produce delicious milk, it makes sense - when they are happy and healthy, they can easily produce the highest quality fresh milk. When milked, our cows go to the dairy farm where they can enjoy some delicious non-GMO grains. Their fresh milk is transported to our processing facility only 10 meters away, where our traditional low temperature processing system ensures that the delicious fresh milk flavor is preserved in our milk bottles for your enjoyment.
Why us
"It's worth producing the highest quality dairy products, especially when people are pleasantly surprised by our milk."
OUR MILK
We know fresh milk is best. Unlike most other dairy brands, our milk doesn’t need to be stored and trucked to a processing facility which might be many hours away. Rather, our milk is piped directly from our dairy to our onsite processing facility where it’s pasteurised, homogenised and packaged. That means, our milk is as fresh as it possibly can be for you to enjoy.
We believe that our low temperature pasteurisation system may also have nutritional benefits, because milk proteins and enzymes are all heat sensitive. Our bespoke processing equipment design, which is based on traditional processing methods, means that our milk is not heated over 67 degrees, which we think not only preserves the natural goodness of our milk, but is also brilliant for the barista eager to make the perfect coffee.
We homogenise our products in order to evenly distribute the cream content and we pasteurise as required by the Australian Health Regulations, however we are one of the few processors in Australia using the traditional low temperature pasteurisation methods. All of our products are GM-free.

OUR DAIRY
Ethical farming practices have been at the heart of our life here at DN Farm for very close to 100 years. We are pleased to see a growing interest by consumers in ethical farming practices, as well as transparency from the agriculture sector, because it means we have more opportunity to share how we achieve what we care about most – raising happy and healthy cows every day.
Unlike many European, Asian and many American dairy farming models, Our Girls are free range, as are most dairy herds in Australia.
NUTRITION
When it comes to nutrition , we think about what we want our children to be eating and drinking so we don’t add anything at all to our fresh milk and cream products. That means we avoid things like colours, preservatives, stabilisers, thickeners, permeate, gelatine and any other additive whatsoever. It does mean, sometimes, our products don’t behave how people might expect them to – but you can rest assured our milk is just that and nothing else. We believe in the value of delivering all natural products to our customers, so we’re willing to sacrifice a bit of consistency in order to achieve this.
Milk has long been recognised for its high calcium content, but many people don’t know milk also provides a significant portion of the vitamin B12, iodine, riboflavin, phosphorous and potassium Australians need to consume in their daily lives. Milk also has protein, vitamin A and zinc – adding up to a whole lot of goodness in a single glass. As opposed to alternative ‘milks’, traditional dairy comes naturally with all of those nutrients, there is no need for us to add any nutrients to provide health benefits.
DN dairy products achieved best results in almost every protein category with proven nutritional value For 18 months, the company has worked closely with the research team at the Murdoch University Centre for Food Science and Nutrition to investigate the health benefits of major Western Australian milk brands, with the overarching goal of promoting the important role of milk in a balanced nutritional diet. When the research project began, a focus was placed on the protein profile of each milk in the study and Bannister Downs dairy products achieved best results in almost every protein category with proven nutritional value. Bannister Downs milk was distinguished by high levels of key peptides such as lactoferrin, which is twice the average level of lactoferrin in Western Australian milk, beta-casein A2, mono-saturated fatty acids, milk fat (anti-cancer properties) and low levels of undesirable saturated fatty acids. Further research is currently underway to further examine the vitamin and mineral profile of the milk and to include some milk brands from the Eastern States in the study for comparison. Early results from 2023 confirmed that DN milk has a naturally high level of calcium (20% above the average level of whole milk) which can increase bone strength, as well as very high levels of zinc (200% above the expected level of whole milk) and iron (500% above the expected level of whole milk).
